Texas EDDM was in itself a research project (for The Print Shoppe). When defining the scope, we knew we wanted to keep the project simple. However, we also didn't want to test something so unpolished that the concept would have no chance of flourishing.
Starting with a dive into The Print Shoppe's existing EDDM client base, I established a few key requirements for the project.
Copy development. I developed copy that was simple and targeted to solopreneurs & small, independent business owners.
Polished Design. Although I was working on a hyper-aggressive deadline, I wanted the concept to look like a working business, not a "coming soon" landing page.
WordPress Based. I wanted to be able to tweak and adjust the site very quickly and easily based on patterns seen in Google Analytics. I also wanted the ability to deploy industry-focused landing pages quickly.
I designed a simple yet beautiful WordPress website, complete with industry-specific landing pages.
The website is mobile-responsive, and took about a week to launch, including copy development.
